Cafe Opened On the Lease Deadline
Representative project, illustrative of vetted network work. Named, verified case studies publish as real jobs complete.
A full cafe buildout delivered against a hard lease date, working nights to hit a three-week schedule under Chicago's inspection regime.
The challenge
A non-negotiable lease deadline three weeks out, full health and ADA compliance required, and one of the most rigorous inspection processes in the country to satisfy.
The constraint
The tenant had a lease clock running and a buildout that touched plumbing, electrical, ADA, and health code. Miss the date and the penalty was real.
What we did
We sequenced trades around night work to compress the schedule, pre-staged materials to kill lead-time risk, and built to Chicago’s inspection standard so nothing bounced. ADA path of travel, restroom compliance, and health-code finishes were designed in, not patched on.
The result
Doors open on the lease deadline. The schedule held because it was written into the contract and managed against daily, not hoped for.
We needed our cafe open in three weeks for a lease deadline. They worked nights, held the date, and we opened on time. No drama.
